I have very mixed feelings about this one. I ordered 3 portraits in the most detailed version. The first attempts I was sent were very poor quality and looked nothing like what was advertised. I had to go back and forth with the seller numerous times to get to a point where the portraits were even decent. They were willing to make as many edits as possible but it seems like they couldn't understand what I was saying. I would ask for edits to the mouth and they would change the hair color of the other person in the portrait. After a lot of back and forth I asked them to just create a less detailed version of what I was looking for in hopes it would be better. It was but I over paid for what I got. Idk why it took so much back and forth to create the quality they advertised.

I ordered a photo print as a wedding gift! Customer service was AMAZING. She worked with me in deciding background, extra details, and was so professional and kind. She didn't send me a final product until all reviews were approved. A wonderful experience and I can't wait to order from her again!

Worked to edit many times to produce a product that I really liked! Would recommend eye-less as when eyes are even just slightly “off” in some way, your brain doesn’t like it, whereas with the eye-less, your brain just fills in what’s missing. Overall great, cute xmas gift for my partner, and wonderful customer service!
